Terms & Conditions for Content Submission

By participating in any event or competition on PodiumXpress, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• Competitions are open to students and working professionals who meet the specific eligibility criteria mentioned in the event details.

• Participants under 18 years of age must obtain parental or guardian consent before registration.

• PodiumXpress reserves the right to verify age and identity and disqualify any participant who provides false information.

2. Ownership of Content

• All entries remain the intellectual property of the original creator.

• By submitting an entry, you grant PodiumXpress a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to:

  • Use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and commercially exploit the content across websites, social media, promotional materials, and monetized platforms (including YouTube, sponsorship, and advertising).

• You waive any claims for additional compensation for such uses.

3. Copyright & Third-Party Rights

• You confirm that your submission is original and does not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

• Submissions using unauthorized copyrighted material (music, videos, images, etc.) will be disqualified immediately.

• PodiumXpress will not be liable for any claims arising from copyright infringement by participants.

4. Commercial Rights

• By participating, you consent to the monetization of your content by PodiumXpress, including ad revenue, sponsorships, and partnerships.

• Credit to the original creator will be given wherever feasible.

• No additional financial compensation will be provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Evaluation & Results

• Competitions will be evaluated based on judges’ scores (50%) and social media engagement (50%) within a specified time frame.

• The decision of judges and PodiumXpress will be final and binding.

• PodiumXpress reserves the right to modify the evaluation process without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Content

Participants must not submit:

• Content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates any law.

• Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
  Violating this clause will result in disqualification and removal of content.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• PodiumXpress will not be responsible for:

  • Unauthorized use of your content by third parties once published on public platforms.

  • Any loss, damage, or legal consequences arising from participation.

• Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

8. Indemnity Clause

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PodiumXpress, its affiliates, and team members against any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from:

• Your participation.

• Violation of these terms.

• Infringement of third-party rights.

9. Data Privacy

• PodiumXpress collects basic personal information for registration and communication purposes.

• We do not sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties.

• By participating, you consent to your name, photo, and content being displayed publicly for competition-related activities.

10. Minors & Parental Consent

• Participants under 18 must submit a parental/guardian consent form.

• Failure to provide valid consent will result in disqualification.

11. Modification of Terms

• PodiumXpress reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
